New year, new opportunities for excellent workplaces

The Educator is inviting its readers to take the leap this 2024 to become one of Australia’s next best employers. The fourth annual 5-Star Employers of Choice is now accepting entries to determine this year’s batch of K-12 schools committed to workplace excellence.

In last year’s showcase, we received several impressive submissions, but only 20 stood out as the nation’s best of the best. These schools were positively rated by their employees in the areas of benefits, compensation, culture, employee development and diversity and inclusion.

If you think your school has what it takes, complete the survey form before Friday, 23 February.

The 5-Star Employers of Choice will be published on The Educator website and newsletter in May.
